Last week a Cape Town based illustrator who is represented by Zulus Can Draw, Elise Wessels got one of her pieces published in The Netherlands. This was for the Adformatie’s (Dutch advertising journal published weekly) Podium section. The short film, A Shot at the Big Time, is going into production
After a funding campaign on IndieGoGo.com last year raised almost enough money to make the short version of Janet van Eeden’s feature film script A Shot at the Big Time, the short film is going into production on the 15th July. The director, Stephen de Villiers, is flying out from Australia especially to film the short, which is a precursor to the feature which will hopefully be funded soon.
