Gloo continues to measure up


Last week, Gloo was recognised as South Africa’s the best-performing digital agency at this year’s Assegai Awards. Winning 8 statues on the night, the agency continues to prove itself as a strategically led creative agency that delivers business results for its clients.

Gloo also picked up five silver awards at the recent Bookmarks Awards, which like the Assegais, give the South African digital industry an opportunity to showcase its ability to deliver effective work. Sean Donnelly, Gloo Group MD comments, “With the economic global downturn, it’s key for agencies like ourselves to explore new ways to deliver return on investment, both in delivering results from the work we do, as well as in the way we create remuneration models with our clients. So, we’re very proud to continue our success at these awards.”

The Bookmarks has celebrated digital effectiveness since 2008 and Gloo has consistently performed at the top of the industry at these awards. From winning the first gold to be awarded by any agency in 2008, to winning ‘best in show’ in 2009, through to ‘best performing agency in 2012’. Gloo has also consistently shone at the Assegais as a top agency for the last four years running.
