WHEN WORDS FAIL, MUSIC SPEAKS: A NEW TVC CAMPAIGN FOR MUSICA BY FCB CAPE TOWN AND BIOSCOPE FILMS
The first two ads for Musica’s new campaign have recently flighted, they explore the idea of being stuck in a very awkward moment, where there are no words, but where the right song can say all that needs to be said.
Directed by Bioscope Films’ Hylton Tannenbaum, the commercials feature some unusual choices in casting. “I wanted to break some rules with this work, casting unexpected people, allowing pauses and awkward silences to hang uncomfortably long – hopefully making viewers cringe a little in the process” says the director.
