Wicus Labuschagne is a freelance VFX artist, Compositor and On Set Visual Effects Supervisor. I love all things workflow related and get excited when people mention codecs and file formats. I’ve also been seen directing on weekends, editing and colour grading in the evenings.
I love to create visual wonder for the film, advertising and entertainment industries. Be it script breakdowns for achieving difficult shots, compositing, motion graphics, realistic 3D VFX, greenscreen or fully produced commercials.
I am a freelance copywriter / CD with more than 12 years’ in the advertising industry. I’ve worked with some of CT’s top agencies, largely in BTL.
I have been freelancing for more than 3 years, and pride myself on accuracy, quick turnaround and a distinct lack of BS.
